本機器主要由夾瓶帶、輸送帶、二水二氣清洗機組組成，它與烘箱、灌裝機等單機可組成液體生產自動線，也能單獨用于洗瓶之用。玻璃瓶經夾瓶帶送進輸送帶，由夾瓶帶夾著瓶子翻轉進入清洗系統，用衛生泵增壓后注水進行水洗工序，并由針管插入瓶子內腔沖潔凈空氣，完成水氣的清洗工序。本機具有規格更換方便、洗瓶質量好等特點。是綜合我公司生產多年的瓶裝生產線之經驗，結合國內外同類機型優點，并根據客戶工藝要求研制而成。適合于玻璃瓶及強度較高塑料瓶的吹氣清洗，可根據用戶需要，變換小量規格件即可用于不同直徑、高度的瓶子。適用于食品、醫藥、化妝品及化工產品的吹洗。
