NQGF型西林瓶粉針洗烘分裝軋蓋貼標聯動線 由QCL系列立式超聲波洗瓶機、AQMR隧道式熱風循環滅菌烘箱、NQFGX系列數控螺桿粉劑分裝機、NQ-50軋蓋機、NQWTB-120貼標機組成，也可單機使用。適合于7-25ml規格的西林瓶粉針的生產。能完成噴淋注水、超聲波粗洗、瓶外壁水沖洗、瓶內壁連續二次循環水沖洗、一次吹氣、一次新鮮水沖洗、連續二次吹氣、瓶外壁吹氣、清洗、預熱、烘干滅菌去熱原、冷卻、分裝、加塞、軋蓋、貼標等二十多道工序。
